Hidden Acres Farm is a family run professional boarding and training facility with state of the art amenities. Our emphasis is on the comfort and happiness of the horses in our care and equally, their owners.

Proprietors, Brian and Jolene Cash can provide 24 hour on site supervision, their cottage overlooks the barn and the property is surrounded by beautiful mature woodland. Due to our size, we are able to offer each horse the individual attention, required to thrive and perform.

Brian and Jolene returned from living in Europe in January 2011 where they specialized in Grand Prix show jumpers, competing on the English and Irish circuits in addition to foxhunting. Hidden Acres Farm has recently undergone extensive renovation with continuous additions and improvements and is now home to their young family and imported horses.

Both Brian and Jolene attend most local shows, focusing all their attention on their students and how best to compete while gaining valuable experience. 2013 saw the team attend Garden State with plans to include more A rated shows in 2014. Their dynamic, hands on approach is typical of the Hidden Acres ethos where each client is treated with respect & professionalism. Each student is made to feel comfortable with their environment and expectations and the team do their best to make the entire experience a fun and positive family day out.

Brian Cash is originally from Ireland where his family are renowned breeders and producers of Irish Sport Horses. His training methods are based on many years experience and from understanding horses and how best to build, encourage and nurture the relationship between Horse & Rider.

Brian’s contacts in England and Ireland are some of the finest producers of Sport Horses available and his experience of importing horses makes purchasing from Overseas a stress free experience.

Jolene Cash (nee Alala) met Brian while in Ireland sourcing show jumpers. She subsequently moved to England and began training & competing. Prior to living in Europe, Jolene was a leading rider, rated first in the Northeast Region (Charles Owen Hunters) and tenth in the USA (Ariat Adult Medal).

Jolene’s encouragement and enthusiasm is appreciated by her younger students. Her approach and tailored lesson programs are designed to instil confidence and nurture talent. The NJHSA awards ceremony saw the team take home a number of awards including Jolene winning 3rd place in the trainer category. Their students, some of whom started their riding career at Hidden Acres took home some very coveted Grand and Reserve Champion awards. This success is a quiet nod to the work ethic of both students and the ethos of Hidden Acres Farm.
